The spacious layout on the ground floor offers an open-plan design, featuring a dining table accommodating eight guests, ideal for group gatherings over delicious meals or friendly competition with provided games. The sitting area boasts plush furnishings, an electric fireplace, and a Smart television, perfect for cosy evenings indoors. Adjacent, the charming conservatory offers additional seating and invites relaxation while enjoying the serene views. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for an ideal self-catering getaway. Featuring an electric oven and hob, two fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker, it facilitates the preparation of delicious meals using locally sourced Cornish produce. Additionally, the ground floor includes a wet room, shower room, utility room, and a games room furnished with table tennis, a pool table, and darts, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

Heading up to the first floor, the four comfortable bedrooms await. Bedroom one boasts a king-size bed, while bedroom two is furnished with twin single beds, each accompanied by its own en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Bedrooms three and four provide twin single beds and share access to a family bathroom featuring a bath, wash basin and WC.
