Bedroom 3 (limited headspace): With double bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. .  Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial fuel for open fire included.  Travel cot, highchair and 2 stairgates. .  Enclosed rear patio with garden furniture.  On road parking; additional public car park at cost.  No smoking.  Please note: The patio is accessed by steep stone steps. .  This stone built character cottage is just a short walk from the centre of Grassington set in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.  As such, it is well placed for walking, touring or cycling direct from the door.  Grassington is a lovely village with a selection of individual country shops, pubs and restaurants catering for both pub grub and fine dining tastes.  In summer the village plays host to the Grassington Arts Festival with famous musicians, comedians and presenters appearing, and in winter it holds the Dickensian Festival to really get you into the spirit of Christmas. 

Just a short drive from the bustling market town of Skipton, known as the ’Gateway to the Dales’ where you will find a wide sweeping, cobbled high street with a Norman castle standing proudly at its head.  Skipton has a large selection of shops, pubs and restaurants toget. . .
