In fact in a 1930's book called Highways and Byways of North Wales the author describes Marine Crescent thus: 'Were I doomed' he says 'to spend the rest of my life behind a single window, I would have that window above all places I know in Great Britain, on the foremost point of the dry, shingly, breezy and above all sunny spot on which these houses stand'
8 marine Crescent is the summer residence of a designer and as you'd expect great care and attention has been taken over every aspect of the interior. The house was completely restored in the summer of 2008 so everything is just out of the wrapper.

Bedroom 1: Twin with 2 solid oak single beds, oak wardrobe and drawers. Flat screen TV and ipod dock/radio alarm clock.

The Room is furnished with a L shaped sofa, one section being a sprung double fold out bed, to allow an extra 2 guests. The room has an oak storage cupboard with drawers and an oak blanket box which holds the bedding. Large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4/Master suite: in our opinion, this really must be the bedroom with the nicest view in North Wales. With ceiling to floor windows and balcony with glass surrounds you can lie in bed and gaze out over the estuary. Or enjoy a romantic sundowner on your own private balcony.
The room has a top quality super-king-size bed, 2 seat sofa, Flat screen TV and stereo hifi system with ipod dock.
Walk-in wardrobe area: With triple oak wardrobe and plenty of drawers.
Ensuite bathroom: Tiled in natural marble and travertine with sensational wooden double-ended wooden bath filled by freestanding tap this bathroom is pure luxury. There are 'his and hers' basins a freestanding shower cubicle with dinner plate showerhead and a toilet. WOW
Outside: There's off-road parking for 2 cars. Separated by a small wall immediately in front of the house is a small terraced area with quality teak table and chairs.
