Ivyleaf Barton Holiday Cottages are situated just 3 miles from Bude, in beautiful countryside overlooking the north Cornish Coast. The 7 cottages sleep from 2 to 8 people. All cottages offer TV/DVD and CD/Radio/DAB players. Ivyleaf Barton sleeps up to 8 in 5 star luxury.

There is lots to do very close by with the use of the all weather tennis court on site and a 9 hole golf course with driving range and a great mountain board slope right next door. In addition we have teamed up with Hartland House Spa so we can offer massage and spa treatments in the comfort of your own cottage.

The cottages are set within their own gardens, making it a vey safe place for families with children.

Ivyleaf Barton - 5 star barn conversion, 4 bedrooms sleeping 8. (1 ensuite)

Stables - 4 star single storey barn conversion, 3 bedrooms sleeping 6. (1 ensuite)

Barn and Mill - 2 bedroomed cottages overlooking golf course, sleeping 4.

Courtside 4 star - 2 storey, 2 bedrooms sleeping 4.

Linhay and Byre 4 star single storey, 1 bedroom sleeping 2. (ensuite bathroom or Shower)

All cottages have a patio and BBQ area.

Private hard tennis court and adjacent golf course £7 per round.

Pets by arrangement.

Parking close by and quiet location only 2 miles from town.

Barn Mill and Stables overlook the coast & Golf course.

To the north is the historic cliffside village of Clovelly, en route to Bideford and Barnstaple. Bodmin and Camelford are to the south as is the Eden Project at St Austell.

Bude itself is approx 5-10 minutes away by car with a large supermarket on the outskirts.
Nearby Sandymouth Bay (National Trust car park) also affords a good base for accessing the South West Coastal Path.

Surfing is enjoyed at most of the Bude beaches of Widemouth, Summerleaze, Crooklets and Sandymouth Bay. Locally based tuition can be arranged for watersports in addition to other activities such as horse riding and archery. For surfing activities try the Big Blue Surf School or Sandymouth Surf School.

Retail therapy is not only available locally in Bude but also at the factory/designer outlet complex of Atlantic Village, about a 30 minute drive.

Bude has a number of good restaurants in addition to the numerous pubs and hotels in the area. Wothy of note are Scrummies, Life's a Beach, Hawkers (at the Camelot Hotel) and the St Georges Grill at the Brendon Arms. Padstow and the award winning Rick Stein restaurants are a bit further south.

Lundy Island can be accessed by ferry from Bideford as well as fishing trips from Clovelly Harbour. Cycling on The Camel trail and inland watersports at the Tamar Lakes are worthy of visits.
