Penhale Villa is a Visit Britain 4 Star, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located in an ideal spot - moments from the beach and village - but at the end of a private road.
The Villa is great for large families or friends who wish to holiday or celebrate together. We have equipped the Villa for the needs of large groups to enjoy the Villa whatever the time of year or weather.
What helps to make it so attractive is the spacious accommodation comprising 4 large, double bedrooms; 1 childs' room; kitchen, separate breakfast room; dining room; sitting room; en-suite bathroom to master bedroom; shower room; family bathroom.
Furthermore, there are many outdoor seating / relaxing areas including: decking to front and rear, balcony, grass area equipped with a good range of loungers / chairs / tables / parasols. The garden also has an outdoor hot tub, wendy house, summer house and a very large garden chalet which is an ideal party / games room. This room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, running machine, dart board, solarium and a range of board games.
The bedrooms in the Villa all have a television and DVD / Video, the sitting room has a large TV and many Sky and Freeview channels are available. There is a range of videos and books for guests to enjoy.
