A lovely five bedroomed house with amazing views over Crooklets Beach the famous surfing beach in Bude. Several holes on the North Cornwall Golf Course can also be seen from the windows in the front of the house and accessed from the back garden gate is a coastal path and National trust land.
In summary, there is a comprehensive, hand built oak fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a granite worktop that includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, chairs and matching dresser.
The first floor has three double bed rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room + W.C and a king-sized sleigh bed. There is a family bathroom plus another bathroom and separate W.C. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and Ironing board etc.
