Trenance House stands in the grounds of Lanteglos Country House Hotel in 15 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands only a short drive from the magnificent coastline of North Cornwall. You get the Best of Both Worlds! - privacy, flexibility and every facility the hotel offers including - heated swimming pool / paddling pool, tennis, squash, badminton, snooker, pool, table tennis and a games arcade. It's a paradise for children with safe gardens, play areas, swings and woodland playground. There are restaurants, bar and a take-away. Close by you'll find superb golden beaches, secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages. Trenance has five bedrooms and overlooks the swimming pool. It is an “upside down” house, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, one twin, one single, and one bunk bedded room are on the ground floor. It also has a wetroom with power shower, Spa bath and two separate toilets and is fully equipped with everything you could need for your holiday.
A spiral staircase (can be difficult with very young children) leads to the first floor. There is a large lounge/dining room with stripped pine floor, it’s light and airy with double glazed floor-to-ceiling glass on two walls and an additional cloakroom. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine. Out from the kitchen is the sun deck with tables and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque.
There is full central heating, telephone, a DVD player, Sky TV with all satellite channels together with an integral garage for one car and parking for a further two cars. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival but you need to bring your own towels. Cots [bedding/linen not supplied] and high chairs are available if required. Electricity is included in the tariff.
