visit owners websiteTrevillett Mill is a magnificent, grade two listed former watermill. The Mill sits in grounds of over five acres with stream running through the garden and is located in Rocky Valley, mid way between Tintagel and Boscastle on the North Cornish Coast.
Accommodation consists of six bedrooms (three doubles, a twin and two singles) and can accommodate ten guests. The bedrooms are spread over the two upper floors of the Mill with three separate shower rooms.
On the ground floor is a huge kitchen / dining room with large dining table (seats ten). The dining area also houses the Mill wheel workings which are a wonderful feature of the room.
There are two separate lounges, one boasts a huge log burning stove. Both have SKY TV.
The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer as well as providing changing space when using the hot tub.
A boot room and separate toilet/WC complete the accommodation on the ground floor.
The garden is accessed directly off the kitchen/diner through a stable door. The decked area overlooks the stream and gardens to the rear.
A hot tub is positioned in a screened area on the decking providing a wonderful relaxing area in which to sit and unwind.
The Mill is a wonderful six hundred year old property, centrally heated for all year round use and has ample space for larger or extended families. The gardens provide adventure for children and relaxation for adults. The sea is a five minute walk away.
