visit owners websiteCrantock Corner is to be found in the pretty village of Crantock in Cornwall and is a large yet homely house that is only a 10 minute walk away from a stunning long sandy beach. The property is an extremely well presented family home which sleeps up to 8 guests and is available from Sunday 1st April 2012.
There are five bedrooms with two bathrooms, a large family living room and a cosy snug which features an open fire. The very well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and features a brown leather chaise longue by a large window which overlooks the garden. The dining area includes an extendable table and features an art deco open fire.
The large garden can be accessed by going around the side of the house and at the bottom of the garden is a patio area with table, chairs and a gas barbeque for the use of guests. The remainder of the garden is mainly grassy but includes an exotic border of plants. There is a small fish pond with a waterfall. (This is covered if young children are around.)
There is parking for two cars with extra parking available (please contact owner).
Dogs are welcome but must be well behaved.
