Trebeigh is a traditional, granite built cottage quietly situated opposite the church in the small hamlet of Morvah, midway between St Ives and Lands End.
The property, which has very recently been refurbished, is spacious and has 4 bedrooms which will accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. There are 2 double rooms, a twin bedded room and a 4th bedroom with bunk beds. In addition to the bathroom upstairs there is an another separate shower and then a 2nd toilet in the utility room downstairs. The sitting room is comfortable and has an open fire and also an electric fire. The kitchen is all electric with a walk-in pantry and a separate dining area. There are storage heaters throughout for use when necessary.
Outside the cottage has a small garden at the front and then a patio area with table and chairs at the rear. There is parking space for 2-3 cars. The cottage has both sea and rural views. We do allow dogs but with some restrictions (please contact us for details).
This area is designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site. There are many historical sites nearby including the Men-an-Tol, Lanyon Quoit, Chun Castle and Geevor and Levant Mines. A footpath by the church leads down through our fields and onto the coastal path and there are also glorious walks over the Penwith Moors on the hills behind Morvah. Our local beach is less than a mile and only accessible by foot, with others such as Sennen Cove, Porthcurno and the St Ives beaches just a short drive or bus ride away. There are also several National Trust properties in the area, St Michaels Mount and Cape Cornwall probably being the most popular, and many other glorious gardens to visit. Families are well catered for and there are many attractions just a short distance away.
We are very conveniently situated for you to enjoy all that West Cornwall has to offer and hope you will choose to spend your holiday here at Morvah.
