Pendragon House in Bude.
A lovely five bedroomed house with amazing views over “Crooklets” the famous surfing beach in Bude. Several holes on the North Cornwall Golf Course can also be seen from the windows in the front of the house and accessed from the back garden gate is a coastal path and National trust land.
In summary, there is a comprehensive, hand built oak fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a granite worktop that includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, chairs and matching dresser.
The first floor has three double bed rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room + W.C and a king-sized sleigh bed. There is a family bathroom plus another bathroom and separate W.C. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and Ironing board etc.
At the top of the house, there are two good-sized twin bedrooms.
A large lounge with a bay window with seats, also furnished with three sofas, a Persian rug, T.V, D.V.D and music system.
The dining room has traditional furniture with a table and seating for 10.
There is a downstairs cloakroom with W.C.
To the outside, there is a back and front garden, garden furniture for dining alfresco, a large garage plus off street parking for at least 2 – 3 cars.
Dogs are welcome at an extra £15 each, per week.
