The family focus on providing all the little extras that will make your stay comfortable. We can arrange babysitters, a catering service, taxis or advise you on the best country or coastal walks nearby. Tremerlin is a two storey property wonderfully situated above the Helford river and benefiting from magnificent views. A covered veranda and deck allow alfresco dining and this dramatic site is surrounded by woodland and accessed by a drive leading down to the 1920's house overlooking the beautiful river Helford. A cobbled courtyard allows parking within a few feet of the house. The accommodation can sleep up to 10 as a whole or the main house sleeping up to 7 may be let separately from the lower apartment, which sleeps up to 3. A little riverside studio can also be included by arrangement.

Pendragon House in Bude is a lovely five bedroomed house with stunning views over “Crooklets” the famous surfing beach in Bude.

Several holes on the North Cornwall Golf Course can also be seen from the windows in the front of the house and accessed from the back garden gate is a coastal path and National trust land.

Valley Lodges owned by Ann & Harry Johnstone are on the edge of the Honicombe Manor holiday village in the Tamar Valley and provide a quiet wooded rural retreat with leisure facilities for families. Each lodge sleeps up to 8 people with space for 2 cots. Larger parties of up to 16 can be accommodated by booking both lodges as they are adjacent properties.

Trebeigh is a traditional, granite built cottage quietly situated opposite the church in the small hamlet of Morvah, midway between St Ives and Lands End.

The property, which has very recently been refurbished, is spacious and has 4 bedrooms which will accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.

The adjoining cottages are located in the upper part of Boscastle, opposite is the 16th century Napoleon Inn and next door the highly commended Bottreaux Restaurant. Admiral Cottage can be linked with Tamarisk Cottage by internal doors to make a great rental property for 8 people. With 2 double rooms, 2 singles (1 with sturdy pull-out drawerbed) and a bunkbedroom, there is also a double futon for extra flexibility. There is then the benefit of parking for 2 cars, two kitchens, two bathrooms, 2 gardens, one of which is a terrace garden on two levels. Ideal for a family party or group of friends. Both cottages are well-equipped and comfortable.
