The perfect rural retreat Beaford House makes guests feel like the Lord and Lady of the manor!! This perfect wedding venue offers exclusive use of the house and an adjoining ballroom with a Civil Wedding Licence.
Beaford House offers peace and tranquility in a lovely setting with the bonus of a Private outdoor heated swimming pool (Whitsun-mid September). Beautifully furnished, this English country house is elegantly appointed throughout, with spacious accommodation for up to 23 guests in nine en-suite bedrooms
Perfect for conversation, gatherings and relaxation is the large comfortable drawing room. Featuring a large wood-panelled fireplace, it has one wall of floor-to-ceiling French doors, comfy sofas, occasional chairs and tables. For the children, a cosy snug is ideal with TV, video and games, and a wood panelled fireplace. A bookcase-lined hall (filled with books) leads to the extensive dining room where three floor-to-ceiling French doors lead out to the lawns, verandah and swimming pool. Elegantly furnished, with a large table, to seat 24, this room too boasts a wood panelled original fireplace and contains a pool table and seating areas. The open plan feeling to this room is wonderful, ' fling ' the doors open and let the outside come inside, enjoy a drink on the patio or light up the barbecue and dine alfresco!
Beaford House has 9 bedrooms 8 of which are en-suite and one with private bathroom. There are also 2 family bathrooms located on the landings. All of the rooms are individually furnished, spacious and some have balconies, 4 posters or king size beds. There are 5 doubles, 2 x family rooms ( sleep 4 ) , 1 x King & single and 1 x twin.
Beaford House is surrounded by tranquil countryside and set in large gardens and grounds. With a children�s outdoor play area, a BBQ, chairs and plenty of garden furniture on the verandah and lawns. Many horses and ponies fill the owners� surrounding fields.
Beaford House is the ideal location for your to celebrate Stag & Hen Parties.
All 9 rooms are en-suite and all reception rooms are very large providing you with plenty of space for indoor activities.
The gardens and grounds are vast and lay host to plenty of activity opportunities (eg Sumo suit wrestling, Football, Quick Cricket, Treasure Hunts, and much more)

Just imagine, it’s a cold, wet and blustery evening but everyone can enjoy a barbecue! You’re warm and cosy, sitting around the fire inside your BBQ Lodge. It feels as though you are back to nature but it’s only a few steps to your holiday property and your warm luxurious bed.
Always warm and more fun than just a summer house, just light the fire, sit back and let the good old British weather throw its worst at you. Imagine sitting around the fire inside your lodge, the smell of mulled wine in the air as it warms gently over the heat, and steaks sizzling on the flame. Toast your toes and your marshmallows at the same time what could be more romantic.
On a summers evening, once the sun has gone down you can simply sit around the fire.
