Hembury Court offers a spacious, stunning setting for a group of up to 17 to gather together and take advantage of the high quality facilities. It is located in an easily accessible yet lovely rural setting. The accommodation comprises of four 5* ETC cottages with finishes of oak, terracotta and granite. These are complemented by two superb ‘green oak’ barns. The South Oak provides a large, communal living area with adjacent fitness suite and hot tub. The Oak Cruck has oak tables and chairs for dining, plenty of space for partying, table tennis, table football and wide screen plasma TV.

Lambside House - sleeps 14 people in comfort and luxury. Situated on Lambside Farm, it is surrounded by old barns, fields and its own private garden, and offers spacious accommodation for 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 day beds in the downstairs games room and a child’s bed in the master bedroom. Within a few hundred yards of it are 3 other cottages sleeping 10, 6 and 3 - so we can cater for groups up to 33.

Little Bidlake Farm has 6 cottages which can sleep up to 36 guests. 'Kingfisher' can sleep up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. You may be looking for a 'Special Occasion' break e.g. birthday party, wedding anniversary or even a wedding. We have had many weddings here at Little Bidlake Farm and the whole complex can be hired for the weekend for your exclusive party. A marquee is easily errected on our lawn and we can cater for anything up to 350 guests.

Anthony Cottage is ideal for groups or large families. There is a spacious lounge with inglenook fireplace and double sofabed. A large fitted kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs. A room with bunk beds and a bathroom and two double rooms (inter-connecting), one with single beds. A games room, with table tennis table and table football, also a laundry room with a drying area. We also have a storage area for cycles. One pet can be accommodated by arrangement.
