Lambside House - sleeps 14 people in comfort and luxury. Situated on Lambside Farm, it is surrounded by old barns, fields and its own private garden, and offers spacious accommodation for 11 people in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 day beds in the downstairs games room and a child’s bed in the master bedroom. Within a few hundred yards of it are 3 other cottages sleeping 10, 6 and 3 - so we can cater for groups up to 33.

Little Bidlake Farm has 6 cottages which can sleep up to 36 guests. 'Kingfisher' can sleep up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. You may be looking for a 'Special Occasion' break e.g. birthday party, wedding anniversary or even a wedding. We have had many weddings here at Little Bidlake Farm and the whole complex can be hired for the weekend for your exclusive party. A marquee is easily errected on our lawn and we can cater for anything up to 350 guests.

Hallwood Farmhouse is perfect for a gathering of family or friends. This beautifully located farmhouse allows bags of room for a group of 10 or even a few more.

It comprises four bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin and 1 family with a double and 2 full sized singles) there are 2 cots and stored under the single beds are 2 mattresses so, if necessary you could squeeze an extra few children dormitory style in one of the bedrooms! 3 bathrooms should avoid any risk of queues!

Anthony Cottage is ideal for groups or large families. There is a spacious lounge with inglenook fireplace and double sofabed. A large fitted kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs. A room with bunk beds and a bathroom and two double rooms (inter-connecting), one with single beds. A games room, with table tennis table and table football, also a laundry room with a drying area. We also have a storage area for cycles. One pet can be accommodated by arrangement.

Shepherds Patch Cottage in Thurlestone, Devon is a large, detached thatched cottage with a secluded garden. Recently refurbished it benefits from light, spacious rooms all furnished with a range of traditional furniture.

A lovely sandy beach and the Thurlestone Golf Course are only about ½ a mile away. Shepherds Patch is a real country style cottage with great character and charm.

Spekes House enjoys a wonderful setting on the North Devon coast with spectacular views over the valley and out to sea. It is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the Hartland Peninsula and offers complete peace and quiet amidst beautiful scenery yet is close to the many activities and attractions locally, including some of the finest surfing beaches anywhere in the country. Clifftop walks are accessible from the door, with a footpath running directly from the house down to the dramatic waterfall and beach at Spekes Mill Mouth which links to the South West Coast Path.

With its distinctive octagonal turret, Harbour Point dominates any view of Lynmouth seafront.
Arranged on four floors, Harbour Point offers flexible and spacious self-catering accommodation, sleeping from two to eight people. All main rooms have sea views. This Victorian property is fully modernised with double glazing.

Set in the lovely village of Marldon, Honeysuckle Cottage is found on a small complex of five cottages. The cottages are in the countryside but are just a short drive from the beaches of the South Hams and Torbay making them the perfect location for a holiday or short break.

Honeysuckle, the largest of our cottages is excellent for extended families or groups of friends. It has direct access into the pretty cottage garden complete with sundeck and solar heated pool and also has the advantage of its own private terrace and outdoor dining table.
