All the cottages are open plan with country-style kitchens, a dining area, a private garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbeque. The cottages and farmhouse have been awarded 5 stars by Visit Britain and there is a heated indoor hot tub and swim spa which is available all year round.
Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and set amongst woodland with views over the surrounding countryside there are some lovely walks right from the doorstep.
The local village - Wootton Fitzpaine is about half a mile away, Charmouth 2 miles away, and Lyme Regis is just over the hill. The magnificent Jurassic coast with is stunning cliffs and shoreline is just two miles away.

The Farmhouse - Accommodates 8 - 10
A 4 bedroomed 15th century farmhouse with beautiful views across the Dorset countryside to the sea. The living room features an inglenook fireplace, a log burner and a modern kitchen/diner with antique farmhouse table. One downstairs bedroom with twin beds and a further three upstairs bedrooms. There is an additional single bed available at £35 extra. Full central heating and private well water supply. Large south-facing garden with a gas barbecue and patio.
BARN - Accommodates 10/12
Originally a 16th Century thatched barn it features a first floor living room with A frame beams, a log burner and beautiful southerly views over the valley. The well equipped kitchen includes a four oven Aga and an adjoining dining hall. On the ground floor are two bedrooms and there are a further three on the first floor. We can provide an additional 2 single beds for the downstairs twin room at an extra cost of £35 per bed. The spacious private garden and patio allow for delightful views across the surrounding countryside.
BLACKBIRD - Accommodates 6
This luxury 5 star cottage features an open plan living room with coal burning stove and a split level kitchen/dining room. The two double bedrooms and a twin room both have ensuite bathrooms. Private garden with patio area and barbecue.
OWL - Accommodates 4
Designed with less able guests in mind this luxury 5 star cottage features an open plan kitchen and sitting room with a coal burning stove. There are two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and one twin with an en-suite bathroom. Private garden with patio and barbecue area. The central heating is fully controllable.
LARK - Accommodates 4
A two bedroomed luxury cottage which features a cosy coal burning stove, open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area. There is one ensuite double bedroom and one ensuite twin bedded room. Private garden with patio and barbecue area. The central heating is fully controllable.
SWALLOW - Accommodates 2
This lovely cottage is ideal for a couple and those holidaying alone. There is an open plan sitting room with dining and kitchen area, one double ensuite bedroom, fully controllable heating and a private garden with a patio and barbecue area.
