Upper Court is terrific for just two people, a celebration party, hen party, weddings, corporate seminars or a big family reunion. The same seriously comfortable, stylish feel applies to all 6 properties around the splendidly Georgian Upper Court, all benefit from the lake, a beautiful wilderness that is home to a variety of wildfowl, ducks, swans and geese that love to be fed and a childrens paradise. The 15 acres of grounds and garden are a plants man's joy.

The Coach House sleeps 10 plus 1, the sitting/dining room is huge, seating 24 at 2 tables. The Stables sleeps 4 plus 1, one bedroom is ground floor, en suite. The courtyard sleeps 6 plus 2. These cottages surrounding a topiary filled courtyard with tables and chairs, sleep 24 when altogether, or can remain totally independant.

Garden Flat has access for the less mobile but it is not fully rated for disabled. It is on the ground floor with wet room shower room with disabled shower seat and if required disabled toilet seat with rails. Most electric wheel chairs are too wide but manual wheel chairs are fine.

We also have The Watermill sleeps 9 plus 1, a Georgian Cottage with a private lakeside garden.
