email the ownerConichan is a charming 300 year old farmhouse situated in the beautiful Smaâ Glen in the centre of the 6,500 acre West Glenalmond Estate. The farmhouse is surrounded by Perthshire countryside and enjoys wonderful views across Glen Almond. The house, only seven miles from Crieff, has been beautifully renovated and redecorated to a high standard with modern conveniences such as under floor heating and power showers.
Accommodation comprises: entrance hall, large open plan kitchen/dining room with Aga and traditional fireplace, large drawing room, utility/play room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one twin/double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and bathroom. Conichan has two Sky televisions, DVD player, music system and all linen is included.
Salmon fishing is available on the River Almond during the season and other sporting activities can be arranged with prior notice.
There is extensive hill walking in unrivalled scenery, many golf courses, riding, bicycling and water sports available nearby. Many historical sites and gardens are within easy driving distance.
Dogs are welcome downstairs by prior arrangement.
