Nestled around an intimate landscaped courtyard, the cottages are ideal for celebratory get-togethers and family holidays for 20-22 guests. Our four self-contained holiday homes are individually designed with contemporary interior and all you need for a comfortable holiday. Holt Barn is the focal space where you can cook, eat and socialise together with the added comfort in winter of under-floor heating and a wood burner. The cottages are just a few yards apart, each with all the comfort and equipment for relaxing - large sofas, oversize televisions, stereos with Ipod dock, free wireless broadband, generous shower rooms, baths, comfortable beds, oversize duvets, soft towels and toiletries just for you.
Dining is taken care of with a selection of welcoming local country pubs, a brand new café in Hay-on-Wye, a mini bus can be arranged to take you out to dine or a caterer can bring a banquet to your doorstep.
