Saorphin is a 700-acre farm on the Ross of Mull, situated two miles from the village of Bunessan and is set above Loch Assapol with stunning views over the Loch and Highlands of Mull. The 3 comfortable cottages provide accommodation for 20 people and make an ideal base for walking, fishing, bird watching and are within walking distance of beaches.

Tigh Beag & Tigh Mhor sleep 10 & 8 respectively. They are spacious and well equipped cottages. They both have a large utility porch area with fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, sink unit and also a pay phone. In the fully fitted kitchens there are electric cookers with two fan assisted ovens, dish washer, fridge, microwave oven, and all the usual electric appliances. Every room is fitted with an electric convector heater and there are heated towel rails in the bath and shower rooms. Both cottages have a multi-fuel stove. The connecting doors between the cottages can be opened to form one dwelling for large parties of up to 18 people, ideal for large family and friends get-togethers The adjacent Bothy sleeps 2 and has a vaulted living/kitchen area, twin bedroom and shower/wc room.

The cottages make an ideal base for beaches, walking, sea and loch fishing. Many superb walks exist along the largely deserted southern coast where you may also see seals, otters, wild goats, eagles and a great assortment of bird life.

This is an ideal base to explore the island, fish, walk or just sit, relax and enjoy the scenery with friends and family.
