Balgowan House is a spacious detached house, built in 2008, in the beautiful rural setting of Balgowan, 7 miles from Newtonmore in the Cairngorms National Park. All rooms have been decorated and furnished to a high standard, and the house has been graded 4 Stars ("excellent") by Visit Scotland. The house has spectacular views of the Monadhliath and Cairngorm mountains from the large hexagonal sun room. We regret no smoking or pets.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 with double bedand separate dressing room with cot. .
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with double bed.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 single beds.

Large ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with jaccuzi bath and separate shower unit.

Double range cooker with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridgefreezer.

Spacious L-shaped room, comfortable leather sofas and wood burning stove. Satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. Plenty of books and games.

SUN ROOM
Large hexagonal room with oak floor, comfortably furnished and dining table for 10.

GAMES ROOM
Games room with table tennis table and snooker table.

GARDEN
Half acre enclosed grounds with patio area and barbecue.

The Cairngorms are packed with things to do and see, including both a Wildlife Park and an Adventure Park, as well as several golf courses. The Balgowan area is noted for its stunning scenery and was featured in the recent Monarch of the Glen series. Aviemore is a 30 minutes drive away, with skiing, climbing, canoeing, cycling and sailing.
