Brook House is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday or break being situated in the rural west of the Isle of Wight in a delightful unspoilt village.

We offer a choice of four self catering holiday cottages, three of which enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the old Brook House estate and one cottage is found in the nearby village. Westbrook and Northbrook are part of the house and sit one above the other in the courtyard with The Old Coach House next door. The Old School in the quaint old village of Hulverstone is just a short walk from Brook House.

There is something to make everyone happy, whether it be a family holiday, an action packed break or a quiet, romantic escape. All our properties are stylish, charming and comfortable as well as providing all the essentials that you would ever require for a memorable holiday on the Island.

WESTBROOK sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
Benefits from its own spacious garden. Located in an idyllic setting and furnished to a high standard. Graded 4 stars and a Gold Award from Enjoy England.

NORTHBROOK sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.
Wonderful views and furnished to a very high standard. The main living accommodation in Northbrook is on the second floor, so this is not suitable for those with limited mobility. It also has a dedicated paved area in the courtyard. Graded 4 stars and a Gold Award from Enjoy England.

THE OLD COACH HOUSE sleeps 8 guests (plus 2 extra children) in 4 bedrooms.
This 5 star property benefits from a cobbled courtyard and lawned garden is is located right next door to Brook House. Graded with 5 stars and a Gold Award from Enjoy England.

THE OLD SCHOOL sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional bunkroom sleeping a further 6.
A charming and characterful property with a gated front garden and a lawned, enclosed garden to the back.
