A spacious hall welcomes you in to Fairfield.
A door leads to the downstairs bathroom, comprising of a bath, walk in shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
A further door leads into the cosy ground floor sitting room with soft seating for six arranged around a feature fireplace with electric flame effect fire. There is a flat screen TV and DVD/CD and a selection of board games.
A third door opens in to the farmhouse style kitchen which has an oil fired Rayburn cooker, a four ring gas hob extractor, double electric fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, table and chairs. There is a food processor/ mixer, bread making machine, comprehensive range of equipment and portable radio with I-pod dock.
The kitchen opens through to the dining room with table and chairs for 12; a corner sofa, seating six is positioned around a wood burning stove. The utility room houses a washing machine tumble dryer, overhead drying rack, further fridge and separate freezer.
A small conservatory with wicker chairs has an outlook over the garden.
A door from the kitchen leads in to the ground floor double bedroom.
The first floor triple aspect lounge with balcony is a wonderful room for guests to spend time together. Soft seating for 12 is arranged around a gas flame stove. There is a large wall hung TV with DVD/CD and a stereo system with radio, CD and tape deck.
On the second floor the bathroom has a toilet, vanity basin and over bath shower.
The twin bedroom has 3ft beds and a vanity washbasin.

Each of the bunk rooms has sturdy 3ft bunks.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite featuring a Japanese-style bath with shower over, it has a toilet and vanity basin.
The garden and grounds of about a third of an acre give ample room for outdoor activities. The dining patio has an outdoor table for 12; a decked area and a sun terrace have further chairs and loungers. There is a barbeque, summerhouse with garden games, childrenâs playhouse, sandpit, swings and climbing frame. Sorry we don't accept pets.
