Manor House & Honeysuckle cottage are situated in the beautiful costal village of Reighton, between Scarborough & Bridlington only a 20 minute walk from the breath taking Reighton Sands beach.

Manor Farm House was the former Manor House of the village of Reighton and was built over 340 years ago. It is grade II listed and we believe has been owned by titled people.

The Manor Farm House has under gone a major refurbishment programme to become a luxury 5 star property which will accommodate 12 people.

Ground Floor : Country style kitchen with range cooker and breakfast area; Dining Room with 12 seat banqueting table and wooden floor; formal lounge with traditional ox blood red chesterfields, original wooden floor and open horseshoe fire; cosy lounge with large leather sofas and open fire; games room; toilet & utility (washing machine & tumble dryer)

1st Floor: Master Bedroom with King-size Victorian style bed and large ensuite shower room; Second Bedroom with beautiful King-size french style shabby chic bed and ensuite shower room; two large twin rooms both with amazing views over the paddock and Highland Cattle & a family bathroom with free standing slipper bath and separate large shower.

Attic; Double bedroom; twin bedroom with ensuite shower with views of Filey Brigg.

Other features of the property are; Oil central heating and initial logs for the fires; flat screen freeview TV's in all bedrooms as well as the 2 lounges; ipod cd player; 2 dvd players; WIFI broadband; BBQ and outside patio area and seating with views over the paddock and private garden. Honeysuckle cottage is a lovingly restored barn conversion which offers spacious accommodation in a tranquil setting.

The accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor : Kingsize bedroom; twin bedroom; shower room; further separate toilet; generous breakfast kitchen and large dining/ living room with french doors opening onto its own enclosed garden with views over the paddock.

1st Floor: Double bedroom; twin bedroom (plus 1 guest bed) and a family bathroom with free standing slipper bath.

Outside

The property is set in approximately 4 acres of paddock and woodland. We have 3 resident Highland Cattle; Snowflake, Tiger & Rosie, this years baby calf, aswell as free range chickens.

In the area there are several golf courses which includes Ganton and Bridlington links. There is horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and sea fishing nearby. The RSPB Bempton is 4 miles away.

Other local attractions include Jorvik Centre; Flamingo Land; Eden Camp; Sealife Centre, Scarborough; Whitby Abbey; York; North Yorkshire Moors including Steam Railway.
