Trotters Cottage is a 5 star beautiful newly converted barn in the heart of rural Devon.
Situated on a family run, free-range farm where the owners specialise in breeding Oxford Sandy and Black, Berkshires and Kune Kune pigs and produce their own top quality pork.
Located in the heart of Mid Devon close to Dartmoor and Exmoor with great cycling and walking nearby and within easy reach of the coastline towns and beaches. Experience the top tourist attractions of Devon and Cornwall whilst being in a countryside location where you can enjoy superb family accommodation. This is a holiday to truly enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The accommodation comprises a large open plan ground floor with separate laundry and study with broadband. Upstairs are 3 double rooms (2 en-suite), 1 twin room with extra truckle bed and cot, main bathroom with bath and overhead shower (2 bed guards available for small children). Fully fitted kitchen and laundry, dining seating for 10. One high chair. There are stair gates available for families with children and a generous welcome basket of fresh local produce.
Stabling and grazing is available at £10 per day per horse
Also we provide under floor heating, OFCH, Wood burner, separate barn next door housing a well equipped games room, satellite TV, DVD, Broadband. Large fully enclosed garden with seating, lawned play area, BBQ, Secure parking. Large Hot Tub
