Orchard House is an extremely spacious and modern 5 Star graded House is perfectly positioned between Dartmoor and the Seaside town of Bude.

Furnished to a very high standard Orchard House easily sleeps 8 people. There are 2 lounges at the property.The larger of the two has a flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview plus Hi Fi stereo system. This lounge easily seats 8. The smaller we use as a quiet area. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom and 1 with bunk beds. The kitchen area is newly fitted with appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and integrated cooker.
There are patio doors that lead onto a decked balcony from the lounge and kitchen/dining area, this spans the whole length of the house and has patio furniture where you can sit taking in the uninterrupted views towards Dartmoor.
