There are three big reception rooms, two with woodburning stoves and all with adjoining french doors which can be opened up to give one big area for family and friends to enjoy, or be closed off to offer seperate rooms to seek peace and quiet The well equipped kitchen and utility have all you need, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and fridge and freezer. There is a range style dual fuel cooker and a microwave and loads of cupboard space. The cellar has been turned into a fresh and warm games room with table tennis, table football and other games to entertain all age groups.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath, two double bedded rooms (one with en-suite), a large double room with walk through single room and Jack and Jill en-suite with a huge power shower. A further family room with another large en-suite and double and twin beds completes the sleeping areas.
There is a rear paved and enclosed yard with a seperate entrance where buckets and spades, pushchairs and bikes can be stored and sandy boots and feet can be attended too All in all it is an ideal home away from home - but by the seaside
