visit owners websiteIvy and Berry Cottages have been converted from old stone farm buildings and are the largest of Plough Cottages sleeping 7 & 8 plus cot or child bed. We are situated in the north of Pembrokeshire, on the edge of the National Park, and close to the coast, providing exceptional 5 star accommodation for visitors to this beautiful part of West Wales. The cottages have been individually decorated and furnished. Berry Cottage is completely self contained at ground level, being suitable for a wheelchair user or less able guest.
The cottages have their own enclosed gardens and adjacent parking. Inside, the kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, blender etc, and washing machine/dryer. For relaxation, there is a selection of books and games, television, DVD, VCR, CD player and wifi broadband.
The village of Eglwyswrw is between Cardigan and Newport, ideally located for many outdoor pursuits such as walking, sailing, photography, fishing, bird watching etc., with nearby attractions to suit all ages and interests. Numerous safe and accessible beaches are close by. Our family Kayaks and Sit on tops are available for use by our guests.
Plough Cottages can accommodate up to 20 visitors, ideal for an extended family holiday or reunion. Also perfect for a weekend or mid-week break.
Our prices are fully inclusive, there being no additional charges for bed linen, towels, electricity, oil, gas or logs. We provide cots, high chairs, stair gates etc for our very young guests. We welcome well behaved dogs, for which there is a small charge.
Our cottages are on a two acre site with additional facilities including grass tennis court; gardens; safe play areas with adventure equipment, Wendy house, and sandpit; play barn for indoor games and activities; and a summer house with garden furniture overlooking the village, surrounding countryside and Preseli Hills.
Pembrokeshire in all seasons is undoubtedly one of the top holiday destinations in the UK with its spectacular coastline, wonderful scenery and attractions. Many of our guests have become regular visitors.
