Why not visit our luxurious mews-style townhouse located in a very quiet conservation area in the centre of the historic cathedral city of Wells (England’s smallest city). The views from the house to the famous 12th century Gothic cathedral, and across the Vale of Avalon to Glastonbury Tor beyond are quite breathtaking and will stay with you for a very long time.
The property sleep up to 8 and is decorated to the highest standards to create an excellent family home from home of the highest quality.
Situated in the heart of Somerset, Wells is the smallest cathedral city in England and is an ideal base for touring the West Country, with Wookey Hole Caves, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Regency Bath, Bristol and the seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare all within an easy drive.
THE HOUSE
The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout to create a luxurious home of the highest quality.
DOWNSTAIRS
The comfortable lounge has a 32 inch LCD digital television with a DVD player and a library of films to watch after a busy day out (or when the weather is not so kind). If you don’t feel like watching TV there is also a CD player with a varied selection of music ( or bring your own!) There are two very comfortable futon sofas which can convert into a double and single bed if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker and hob and a dishwasher. With high quality crockery, glassware and utensils and a dining area with seating for 8 this really is a luxury "home from home". There is also a small cloakroom complete with a washer/dryer just off the hall.
UPSTAIRS
On the first floor you will find a family bathroom and two twin rooms plus a cot room (should you wish to use it as such) which also has a small library of books and games and maps, guides and folders with ideas for days out.
On the second floor you will find our stunning en-suite family room. This has a king-size bed and a single bed, plus a futon sofa which will sleep two. With breathtaking views to the Cathedral and Glastonbury Tor.
OUTSIDE
There is a small private patio area where you can sit and relax and enjoy al fresco dining on those balmy summer evenings.....
OTHER INFORMATION
There is one parking space allocated to the house and plenty of on street parking nearby.

A high chair and travel cot or crib are available on request.
All electricity and heating costs are included in the tariff.

The house is always stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls.
There is also a supply of washing powder/tablets with the washing machine.
Each toilet has soap and handcream plus a hand towel.
