email the ownerFallapit Barton is a large farmhouse with spacious rooms and extensive gardens. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool (May - Sept) with sauna and hot tub (all year).
The accommoadation consists of 4 double rooms (2 ensuite) and a superking room (ensuite). There is a connected cellar conversion which has its own access to outside - this comprises of king sized room with ensuite and small bunk area for children.
The gardens are very large with rope swings, tree houses, swings and forest, all are far away from the main road and very safe. There is plenty of room for parking and the drive is ideal for children playing on bikes, skateboards etc.
Fallapit Barton is near to many beaches (10 - 15 min drive) and close to the popular towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe. The local pub is a 10 min walk throught the forest and serves great food.
