This idyllic, Tudor, Grade 2 listed, self-catering farmhouse is set in a picturesque rural setting, designated an area of outstanding beauty, surrounded on all sides by rolling fields and meadows with public footpaths.

It is a half-timbered house with extensive southerly facing gardens rich with birdlife, which provides wonderful, safely fenced country fun and freedom for children. This charming, medieval farmhouse mentioned in Pevner's Suffolk dates back to 1550 some parts are even earlier, rich in delightful period features and has easy access to tour the many delights of Suffolk and the whole of East Anglia.

The house is laid out over three floors, with all rooms beamed. There is a large inglenook fireplace with a log fire and a baby grand piano in the diningroom and a delightful drawing room both with flat T.Vs and DVDs to happily cater for differing tastes in a large group. The young and sporty could have fun playing table tennis tounament in the games/gym room or outdoors on the giant trampoline. It all makes this lovely home a perfect place in which to relax.

The pretty, enclosed courtyard is ideal for outdoor meals in the summer and has an adjoining door to the well-equipped friendly kitchen. Catered meals can be arranged. The enclosed garden gives tennis ,croquet and garden cricket fun and table tennis for wet days.
