Camps Heath Barn is located on the edge of Oulton Marsh which is managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust. The views from the balcony over the nature reserve are magnificent, with the river Waveney and the broads being only a short walk away. The property is less than a 5 minute drive from Oulton Broad where there are shops, a post office, two parks, cafes, restaurants and pubs. For lovers of river life there are boat trips along the Waveney or you can watch speed boat racing on the broad. In the evening you can enjoy a drink at one of numerous licensed bars or a glass of wine at the local winebar.

With golden sands stretching for miles Lowestoft is a favourite tourist haunt and the local tourist board is situated right on the seafront making it easy to gather a wide range of information from nearby Somerleyton Hall to the Suffolk Wildlife Park.

The accommodation comprises: An entrance hall with woodburning stove. A spacious and well equipped kitchen with dining area and double doors leading onto a patio. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/WC and shower attachment. A twin bedded room with ensuite wet room/WC.
