The house provides spacious comfortable accommodation with many fine original Georgian features and the large pretty walled gardens with its many hideaway ares provide ample space for guests to relax and unwind.

The village provides a provisions shop, village pub, childrens play park, health centre and post office. Bildeston also has its own well known gourmet restaurant in the 15th Century Crown Hotel a short walk from Christmas Hall.
There are many other amenities nearby which makes this one of the most sought after tourist areas in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
Constable country is close by and many bustling market towns, with farmers markets selling local produce. There are tranquil villages full of antique shops, art galleries all providing the tourist with a wealth of places to explore. The Suffolk coast is a 30 minutes drive with its many pretty coastal towns and plenty of fresh fish to buy. Should you want to travel a little further Norfolk is an hours drive away where the scenery changes to the flat fens of the Norfolk countryside with its windmills and wonderful bird sanctuaries. East Anglia really does provide the visitor with a truly wonderful itinerary.
The Coach House
Available for separate letting overlooks the cobbled courtyard of the main house, and the village High Street with its many medieval buildings. Upstairs you have a stunning large open plan living room with a galleried landing, dining area and well equipped kitchen. The wooden floors, staircase and white walls provide a spacious feel to this very attractive grade II listed Coach House.
On the ground floor are three small double bedrooms, a large bathroom with washbasin, bath, shower and bidet. There is a ground floor living area with a rustic tiled floor, log burner and double doors lead out onto a paved area of the secluded garden with off road parking. To the rear of the Coach House is separate drive access and large garden with a patio area ideal for barbecues.
