Brooklands Barn is perfect for a group who want to get together in beautiful surroundings, in luxury accommodation, with the bonus of a private indoor swimming pool.

Our accommodation is very spacious, overlooking an internal courtyard and surrounded by gardens with panoramic views of Arundel Castle and the South Downs.

There are three bedrooms, a kitchen/dining/lounge area on each side of the courtyard. The main dining/lounge area in Jamestone barn is stunning. It has a vaulted ceiling with beams and is ideal for evening dinner parties and family gatherings. We can recommend superb caterers, for a special hassle free meal.

The contemporary bedrooms can sleep 12 adults (6 bedrooms - four twin/superking, one king, one family room with two kings), with optional sofa beds and there are five bathrooms. All the bedrooms have their own TVs, with quality linen, towels and Temple Spa toiletries provided.

There are private gardens for bbqs, outdoor games, or to just relax watching the sunset. There is ample private parking on site and free wifi throughout.

The accommodation works well, being across the internal courtyard and all ground floor, as it provides more space and privacy for families/friends and a separate living area for children/teenagers, and baby monitors also work well, so as not to disturb them in the evenings.
