Entered via a grand reception hall, the ground floor features a spacious sitting room with ample comfortable seating, ambient lighting settings, and a Smart television with in-ceiling Sonos sound system. A charming library/ snug/ work space filled with relaxed seating and a wood burning stove is the ideal place to delve into the selection of board games and library of books. Invite the outdoors in via french doors leading to an exterior patio. The superbly well-equipped kitchen boasts a Bosch double oven, induction hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cafetiere. A contemporary breakfast area provides seating for six guests, with doors opening to a second smaller patio. An adjoining formal dining room features Sonos in-ceiling sound system to entertain up to six guests around a circular table.
