Here you can cook up a storm that the whole family can enjoy around the table; later step out to the enclosed garden to toast your retreat with a glass of bubbly as the sun begins to set over Niton. When stars appear overhead head back inside and up the stairs to find three well-appointed bedrooms, there is a double with en-suite shower room, a twin and a single; in the morning freshen up in the bathroom before embarking on your next adventure. Niton, located on the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, is a charming, bustling rural village with a variety of shops (including a convenience store, pharmacy, and Post Office) and two pubs (one serving good food and the other good ales) to choose from. Blackgang Chine, a beautiful garden on a clifftop that spans 40 acres and offers attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages, is less than a mile away. There is a coastal path not far away that goes all the way around the Island, and it offers some of the best walking and scenery in the area. Ventnor, a charming Victorian resort with a pleasant climate and beautiful beaches, is only 4 miles away.

Kitchen equipment good, except an oven glove would be useful, but apart from salt and pepper you need to take all basics with you, eg kitchen roll, foil, cling film etc. Not really a criticism, I know different companies and properties have different policies, but it might be helpful to others to know in advance. A couple of extra chairs upstairs for clothes would be useful, there is currently nothing for this purpose.

Quiet, pleasant village. Well equipped, comfortable house. Toiletries in the main bathroom was a nice touch. Clear information available for bins, washing machine etc. Local shop well stocked. On departure spoke to property owner about a couple of minor issues which he welcomed hearing about & assured would be rectified.

Great kitchen for the five of us to eat and a relaxing living room to watch movies together.Beds were comfortable and having an en-suite in master bedroom and a separate main bathroom mean't two families could stay here easily. The location for getting around the island was perfect.
