A fabulous large character house with lots of old worlde charm- the gounds are vast and the facilities BBQ, Table Tennis and Trampoline were excellent. The local area is beautiful has lots to see- We went to Siissinghurst, Cranbrook, Rye and the Milk House at Sissinghurst. The owner was very helpful and communicative

We stayed at Hawkridge Oast for a family birthday weekend. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with the most amazing garden. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough.

We had a super family weekend and found the house and garden great for the children, ranging in age from 3 to 13 plus an energetic dog!
