Lovely friendly owners and a perfectly sized beautifully maintained cottage. The sundeck is the best feature with lovely view of the sea. We are already looking forward to next visit . Our dog is still sulking that we left!!

The main floor kitchen, dining, living room design was perfect for us. A comfortable bed and high water pressure shower are upstairs. Sue was extremely accommodating and solved the wifi hiccup before we arrived. It is very close to the Eden project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and really not that far from any other locations in Cornwall. Great views from the raised terrace at the rear of the place. Unfortunately, it wasn't warm enough to take advantage of it, though we got some great sunset pictures. Overall, great value.

The views are fabulous. Super comfy bed and bonuses like Sky TV downstairs, tiered decking at the rear of the property where you can sit (if it’s not too cold !) and enjoy the stunning St Austell Bay, and you can park right outside the front door. Honestly - like having your own little house. Sue and John lovely hosts and very responsive if you need anything, as well as allowing you privacy.
