The location was perfect and it was great to park with ease when we arrived. We were impressed that measures had been put in place for families like mine, with built in stairgates. We will definately book this property again. The only minor things we noticed to maybe change are the glass tables in the living room, with having young kids will felt a little uneasy and also the size of the table reducing leg room. We also felt that a larger bin in the kitchen is needed, we filled the small one straight away. My mom who was in the top bedroom also mentioned about having a lamp in that room, as she likes to read her book and didnt want to put the big light on as my daughter shared the room and was trying to sleep. Again these are only minor things, this did not affect our stay. We really enjoyed our first stay in Dartmouth, thank you x

We found everything we needed- thank you. I have stocked up with tea towels, washing up liquid etc. but you are supplied with everything, even tea of 3 varieties. Can I recommend Rockfish, Café Alf Resco, Bayard’s Cove Inn, Andrina, The Crab Sandwich Shop, The Salcombe Dairy…. too many to mention! The walk into town is the best- we loved parking here. We just drove to greenway and Coleton Fishacre. Fabulous.

Warfleet creek so pretty and loved watching people kayaking and swimming. Property had all the amenities you could wish for and liked the informative pack so we could read how to use the TV remotes! As always would recommend Rockfish restaurant and takeaway.
