Had difficulty finding it, there is a small sign on a wall and it is down an alleyway at the back of the Postgate Inn. Overall cottage was ok. Lounge is on the small side. Kitchen benches and chairs could do with some seat pads. Large bathroom and bedroom and very comfy bed. Outside area needs some attention, drains blocked with leaves, patio and bbq could do with a good clean. Lovely little village would definitely recommend Postgate Inn for meals, but you need to book, also Horseshoe Hotel have a nice menu.

Kitchen could have used a bit more cleaning. The staircase should be noted because it was not easy getting up and down. A large suitcase would be very difficult to take up and inwoukd not trust small children on it. We are in our late 50s in good health and physical condition and it was hard for us. Also, some essentials like salt and pepper and extra sugar would have been nice. We had to buy those items. It should also be noted that the pub is only available for dinner. Breakfast is only for those staying at the B&B and there are no places for breakfast nearby.

Even the owner took the time to contact us to say the electrics wouldn't be working due to national grid doing works, although we didn't get chance for breakfast on the morning we checked out we will definitely look at booking a stay there again.
