Lovely location. Handy garden path down to the pub and beach, but steps need improving ( netting falling off and quite high). Shrubs need cutting back to improve access for less able guests. The patio needs tidying and plant pots need either removing or filling with plants.Didnot use the bbq so unable to comment on this. The house was comfortable with great sea views and great to see the bats flying around the garden late evening. The house does need upgrading. The door to the downstairs bathroom was difficult to shut and the door to the stairs was difficult to open and close. We noticed there appeared to be a leak from the heating oil tank feed pipe which needs rectifying.Overall we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful house. Thank you

This is a lovely well appointed cottage with good sea views and a short stroll down to the beach, a decent pub, and a small shop with essentials. It is a 25-30 minute walk along a lovely flat path to get to Saundersfoot with a much larger selection of restaurants, pubs, and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely week away, the property was in a great location
