Saorphin is a 700-acre farm on the Ross of Mull, situated two miles from the village of Bunessan and is set above Loch Assapol with stunning views over the Loch and Highlands of Mull. The unspoilt countryside is rarely visited and remains one of Scotland’s best-kept secrets. In 2004 an old stone barn was converted into 2 luxurious holiday cottages by the owners who have been coming to Mull for over 30 years, in order to share this idyllic place with others.

Ardoch Cottage is found looking over the shores of Loch Kishorn in Wester Ross, about one and a half hours by car from Inverness. There is a sea view from most of the rooms and the water's edge is only a couple of minutes walk away.

From just outside the cottage, there is a wonderful outlook to Skye, the Cuilins and the Applecross hills across the loch.
