This charming tourist destination, which is well-known around the world for its Musical Eisteddfod, is located in the stunning Vale of Llangollen, amidst majestic mountain scenery and the boulder-strewn River Dee. Take a thrilling trek up to Castell Dinas Brân, high above the town, to take in the stunning vista, or explore the verdant valley by steam train or canal boat. A wide variety of pubs, restaurants, and unique stores are available in Llangollen. Whitewater rafting down the River Dee, followed by an adrenaline mountain bike ride through Llandegla, or, for a more leisurely experience, unwind with a tranquil afternoon at a nearby spa will keep you entertained! Chirk Castle and Erddig, both owned by the National Trust, are accessible by automobile, and a day-long driving route can take you to six of Wales' "Seven Wonders." The benefits of a larger tv than you usually get in rentals is a huge bonus, plus it was a smart tv so we could stream the channels we subscribe to. There is a lovely quiet lane at the rear of the caravan where you can walk your dog and a walking area around the large field in front. It has all of the amenities you could require, lovely comfortable sofa and armchairs, cooker, oven, microwave and fridge so we had everything we needed. Will definitely re-book in the future as both experiences have been excellent.

There was blood on the curtains/it was disgusting We have had no refund The owner of the caravan was not interested The tv did not work Multiple lights did not work Toilet blind in shreds Sykes are no help

The bbq outside was really bad we could not use this. The pub on site food was good but closed Tuesday and as the toaster and oven would not work and because it had not been cleaned and part of a seal hanging off we did not use this which meant we had to eat out all the time, where we wanted a relaxed holiday just sitting on the decking enjoying the view. When all the campers was there was quite noisy as they was really close to the caravan. One night we had about 6 young people I had to ask them if they could turn the music down which they did but later at night the took wood from a store near the bins and made a large fire which created lots of smoke where we had to sit inside the test of the night. Its a pity because with a little TLC the caravan and gardens would be lovely as the views are beautiful.
